~FR~ The key factor missing from this mutual bitch-slapping is the difference between criticism of policy/actions and personal ridicule. The Bush cartoons (thanks for sharing, btw! enjoyed them) are policy related. Look, the man DID invade, DID balloon the deficit with ill-advised tax cuts, DID watch the economy crash, DID instigate the Patriot Act (yep, with help from Congress), and so forth.
