Since attacker one killed his victim because that person was black do you really think that he should receive a more severe punishment than the 2nd killer since the second person just likes to hurt people. You also do not understand that I don't say ignore the law, I am saying that the law is stupid an cannot be properly enforced even if you wanted to. Example a black man walked into a McDonald's and started shooting people, but told the black people not to worry because he was only shooting whites. This was not considered to be a hate crime.
