I've just been trying to find some new tunes to put into my iPod for when I work out.  Help me out, will ya??  List your top 3 favorites.
Lately, mine inclue "Promiscuous Girl" by Nelly Furtado, "Shake That Ass For Me" by Eminem, and "Dirty Sunshine" by Lillix.

I'm always looking for some new ones!
Addison

Addison,

How are you enjoying the tunes?  I tried mainly to stick with the types of music you were listning to already, which were more on the hip hop side.  I happen to like most every style of music.    The one's I picked were ones that I thought would have that kind of fast funky  heart pumping, move your booty type of beat that you might like as well.

I hope you enjoyed them in additioned to the other suggested tunes here

i like a little bit of everything also:  country, pop, dance, hiphop, goth, whatever.  Those three were just some of my recent favs i put in my iPod.  There's a site (http://www.fiql.com/) where you can find other peoples' playlists for different occasions, including workouts.  It's pretty cool.  Check it out.  Thanks for all of the suggestions too :)

I have to have something that's upbeat and moves fast. It keeps me motivated to work out and I workout at the speed of the music.

I generally prefer quiet when working out, but here's some that might help ya'll.

INXS - Suicide Blonde, Devil Inside, The One Thing
Pat Benetar - Promises In The Dark
Saliva - Click Click Boom
Megadeth - Tornado of Souls

In a more relaxed, yoga type workout:

The Roots - The Seed (2.0)
Rainbow - Snowman
Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb
Led Zeppelin - The Rain Song

Oh yeah, INXS is definitely a good workout song...especially Suicide Blonde.....I love "Need You Tonight"

A good eclectic mix keeps me going on the treadmill when I am hauling ass (literally).  But sometimes when I am on the stairmaster or doing weights, I need that extra boost of anger to push me on... so I will tune into AirAmerica and take out all my Bush rage on the machines around me.... watch out! ....  I am, however, prone to er... talking or muttering out loud and rather colorfully when I am in full out anti-administration rant in the gym...get some pretty interesting looks, I can assure you!
