I just learned (because of this incident) that ALL rioting in Washington D.C. is, by definition, a felony because of its status as "federal land". Unless I've missed a change, that means that all who are found guilty (rioting being a VIOLENT felony) will have to serve 85% of their time (20 year sentence). That seems fair to me. Michael
