Greta75 -> Women's March (1/22/2017 4:09:37 AM)

5 million women showed up in US one alone. Where the hell were these women for Hillary?

Anyway, I feel kinda proud that a Protest organize by women lead to zero violence. I mean to gather 5 million people with zero violence. That's pretty awesome!

But the things the speeches the celebrities gave made me roll my eyes alot!

Although, I did get one surprising point from their speeches.

WTF! Why do they not tax Viagra and regaine but they tax menstruation pads and Tampons? WTF!

I mean, these are probably seriously gender bias issues! WTF!

Male products should be taxed too! And we can't help our bleeding!

Now THAT is a real issue. Menstruation pads and Tampons are women's bread and butter. It's not an luxury item!

Fair points all, Greta, though that was possibly an ill-advised metaphor. ;)

According to Reuters: Sister March sponsors boasted some 670 gatherings around the world in solidarity with the Washington event, estimating a global turnout of more than 4.6 million participants tallied through online march registrations, although those numbers could not be independently verified.

Similar stories are to be found in several media reports.

The Metro reported 275,000 rides as of 11 a.m. (1600 GMT) Saturday, 82,000 more than the 193,000 reported at the same time on Friday, Inauguration Day, and eight times normal Saturday volume.

There are some reports saying that there were more marchers than numbers who attended Trump's inauguration.

If it wasn't 5 million, it was certainly a very high number and also scattered across many cities all over the world.

That's because your facts are wrong, Greta.
It was estimated (unconfirmed) that 4.6 million around the world gathered for marches.
Not in the US, let alone in one march.

But it's still a big number.

Over here, they've removed the taxes on those products. [:)]

Does anybody find it ironic that one of the organizers of the March...Linda Sarsour...supports Sharia Law?

So... Women are to be held as slaves, and beaten for disobedience. Is that a problem?

I dont want to have double check all your figures all the time wifey5 dont think for a second I would not put you over my handsome knee of splendor

5 million world wide - fair enough - or 33 according to Trump, and 22 according to his press spokesliar - ive already forgot that weasels name.

Perhaps they were out buying tampons greta75 or cooking their mens dinner - who can say, we live in mysterious times of turmoil.

Talking of taxation - what do we think he has paid because that man is a complete fanny, And when will we see his tax returns - its was trump greeting to what was his name in a debate about not releasing tax returns ..will thread that one

Blame the capitalist (monopolists) via prescription (i.e., tax free) drug.

What is the link between one of Hillary Clinton’s largest donors and the Women’s March? Turns out, it’s quite significant

tamaka -> RE: Women's March (1/22/2017 12:43:26 PM)

The weird part is that they basically marching because they want to live in a socialist country, where they would no longer have the right to march for anything.

And they demand more Muslims? Because they're women's rights people.

Ummmm..... Wrong!

Socialist countries (at least most of them in the OECD) allow marches.
Those that don't are usually run by authoritarians - like Cuba, China and Russia.
