ORIGINAL: BoscoX Citizens. Invaders and other foreigners have no protection under our constitution, as it was never meant to be a suicide pact. Actually, according to international treaties, foreign nationals have full protection under the law, UNLESS proven to be agents of a foreign government, i.e spies. Which is why, when a foreign national is detained or arrested, the local consulate is contacted and a representative of their foreign affairs department is sent to the holding facility. The US Government expects such treatment of Americans in other countries, and we give it in return. Furthermore, the executive order as written and signed by President Trump is not only unconstitutional, but it violates agreements long established on refugees as well as foreign nationals visiting the US, which basically states that unless we can prove them to be 'undesirables' as detailed in those agreements, they must be allowed into the country, at least as far as a facility that can house them comfortably until such time as any necessary investigation can be completed. Now, if you are comfortable with American Citizens being detained in an airport somewhere.... In other words, we are bound by international law to treat those people the same as our people are treated by the local authorities. In case you have not been paying attention, Trump's orders have created a diplomatic shit storm with Muslim and Non-Muslim countries alike. Militarily, the US could piss off one or two second rate military powers, but right now, we are pissing off everybody, including those that could hold their own against our military.
