The Constitution gives no right for entry of none citizens. Federal law give the President the right to bar entry to anyone not a Citizen.

The truth is nobody has been well vetted. That's the point of this action. Protection of Americans until these people can be vetted. I suppose you being offended will be a price worth paying to defend the Homeland. Yes, you will just have to be offended.

The President quit his business.

Damn, you are striking out on everything. Maybe you need to logoff and head to Starbucks for a little pep me up. Or maybe you can make a sign and go protest at an airport and keep people from boarding their planes on time and have to stay overnight at the airport like they were being held and denied entry or departure by your protest.

She is fired. If she was in the military she would be behind bars. She is no hero. She failed her fellow citizens.

Only the Supreme Court and the Congress serve as checks to the Executive branch. The lower courts cannot permanently halt a President executing his Constitutional responsibilities. He is doing his job.

It would help if you quoted the Constitution article he violated in his job to protect American citizens.
No court has said his order is unlawful. So, I can say it is lawful and be correct. Any court that halts it will do so only until the complaint is heard. Then the court will decide the President is supposed to be protecting American citizens and throw the case out because no lower courts can decide the President is not protecting citizens and they will not go there and why would we want them to?
