i didn't watch the speech last night but today during some of its coverage/commentary, they made a point of show nancy Pelosi's and Debbie wasserman-schultz's faces. my goodness did you see them?

I think they are purposely trying to kill off their own party.

I'm thinking they really need to double down on being insane

Well the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expect different results... and so ...

So, appointing a Goldman Sachs guy and an oil guy and an EPA antagonist etc. to cabinet positions is a novel thing, right? Rita Lavelle, Ann Gorsuch, James Watt, ... none of them ring a bell? No? Trick question: who was the US president before Obama's second term?

Oh wait, there are six Goldman Sachs people appointed and nominated by Trump thus far.

So yes, appointing six people from the company who were accomplices in driving the American financial system and economy off the rails is indeed unprecedented.

Doubling down and sextupling down on what drove us into the dirt before might be considered that he's "not doing the same thing," I suppose.

And his oil guy is Sec. of State and has deep ties to Russian oil gangsters, whereas the last oil guy was VP and only cared about blowing up the middle east and inciting new and unprecedented levels of terrorist recruitment.

Trump, the maverick, blazing new and yet unexplored paths to destruction.

One can only admire the originality there.

Eddie Munster and the shining beatific face of Ponce were the laughs of the day, with their shit filled pantaloons.

And the Democrats continue to march on under the leadership of Nanci Pelosi... because it's worked so well for them. And keep up the 'hate' mongering, because divided we ____.

Leadership of the party is not anywhere near 'leadership' of people who vote for those in that party, true of both Democrats and even some Republicans.

HRC had much more leadership of Democrats than Pelosi, and she was dumped along the roadside BY Democrats. So much for that 'leadership.'

Not everybody is a born puppet like you, sweetheart.

Are you having a blown headpipe again Canada Bob? Pelosi has never led democrats. She was speaker of the house, thats all. Now minority leader, thats all.

I assume Newt Gingrich, nor Eddie Munster are leadership nutsuckers, I know many nutsuckers are not happy and were not happy with Munster as speaker.

I remember some interview where the interviewer was antagonizing Susan Sarandon and insisting that she accept personal responsibility for Trumps victory because she was for Bernie.

I'm not a party guy, won't ever be, but a good cleaning out of that mess might even get us to a real candidate next time, and maybe even from the Republican side too, who knows?

One has to 'find optimism where one can find it,' even if only in imagination.

Divided as possible, it's all part of the plan.

Obviously.

During the speech I thought of the advice given to people to help the relax while giving a speech , but the I remembered that Pelosi was up front.
