It is used as in the dictionary. Exposed as a nutsucker ploy that when the reality was upon them they couldnt get enough votes to Repeal Obamacare (what the nutsuckers claim the real nutsuckers were voted in to do) yet when there was no risk of really repealing it, 50+ times they voted to repeal it. They have been shown to be inept and wasted taxpayer money for the last 7 years, and even now. Il Douchovitch has been shown to be a felchgobbler not a negotiator. ObamaCare is voted in and affirmed unanimously by nutsuckers. Can't wait for the fucking clown show that is Tax Reform. Particularly in light of the "We will address relief and pass it for corporations first, and then later for the people". Opera Bouffe.

On past experience I'm no longer astonished by just how useless Trump - at least - can be, nor how much he can make a pig's ear of any given thing, without his even feeling bruised by it, much less being devastated by it.
