Each state has the same number of electors as they have members in the House of Representatives. It takes a majority of electors to elect a President. If you still don't understand, then you are to stupid to vote.

Each state as the number of electtors equaling their house of representative members plus their members of the Senate . So, states with lower population actually get higher proportional representation in the electoral college.
