If the cow's smarter than any two of the three men, she can have a vote as well for all I care, but those four votes shouldn't be an equivalent block of votes to a few thousand people in one of them big cities. A cynic might even suggest that there's some sort of monkey business being done with the zoning to give Cletus, Zeke, Rufus and Daisy a disproportionate electoral influence.
It's a Republican conspiracy. The founding fathers in their great wisdom could see into the future. They needed to get Trump elected for the good of the country and freak out the libtards, thus the electoral college. Your disdain for people in Arkansas will be taken under advisement.
