BTW, I note that Fresno Chief of Police said
(a) the shooter's Facebook page spoke of "disliking whites",
(b) all the victims were white, and
(c) it was a 'random act of violence'

So, this information being to purpose of:

Proving that no white people ever shot other-colored people

Proving that no police have ever shot anybody

Proving that all black people and Asian and Middle Eastern people are born and raised to shoot white people

Proving that all the thousands of murders of others by white citizens and police are hereby absolved by this incident.

A Caucasian shoots a Black person, it's a hate crime.
A Black shoots a Caucasian, it's a random act of violence.

Personally, a random act of violence is a hate crime, but it seems more of an internal hate. Especially when it ends in suicide. Who knows what takes place in the fragmented mind of a suicidal murderer.
