The responsible thing there would be to move to a better neighborhood. This can only mean that anyone who stays and help take back the neighborhood is irresponsible. That isn't what they called i when I was younger, they called it surrendering to the thugs. But I and the other irresponsible people are well along the path to taking theneighborhood back. Irresponsible isn't the word for it.

No, I said that those break-ins previously alluded to were when I lived in dumps 30 years ago like where you live now, and there I was ripped off by white punks. I don't mean to be so disparaging to them, I did some pretty stupid things at the time myself. The black kid broke in to my place (or tried to) in a better neighborhood, some years later.

A You didn't give a time frame, though it many have been obvious to you what you meant. B You didn't say in a place like were I live you said people like me. C What difference did their race make to you, it doesn't matter to me. E Did you move again after the second breakin, because whether you like it or not it was a break in. After all moving would be the responsible thing to do.

I've moved at least five times since. That last one was ~ 20+ years ago. That apartment was between one house and the next in any case. I thought I'd never be not in a house, but here I am in a condo, no mortgage payments. I ran in fear of mortgage payments, so it seems. And a dog chased me to it. I had to hide somewhere.
