Greta, sometimes I can kinda see where you are coming from. I really o try to see what you mean, but with what you've written above, you're just getting it so wrong. Just because you like dressing in girls clothes, playing with dolls, and wearing make up, or even fancying men does not mean that staying as a man and being gay will suffice. It won't. What you say about 'so why do they need boobs?', for the same reason as a FtM has her breasts cut off, and wants a cock, or for the same reason as some women with small breasts want breast implants whilst others don't. Can you not just realize that each person is born a gift, but just that some come in the wrong wrapping paper? They know it, they feel it, and they want to change it. You don't get to assume for the other person's thoughts and feelings based on your own. Needles

I remember a TV advert where a mom with two kids has the brand-name toilet paper at front of the shopping cart looking at the camera and saying "I want the best for my family!," the sphincter-contracting message being that if you don't buy that brand of toilet paper, then you don't care about your family, and maybe DSS will be knocking on your door the next morning. And the ad was very effective for increased sales. THIS is how our politicians get elected, and it's the same thing. So now the USA has the best toilet paper in the world as politicians, right up to the top.

And huge chances are, the reality is very different with every individual. So that's why the whole world will never be in one Unity of agreement about everything. That's why Muslims are still killing LGBT people and gleefully and happily and seen as justified and right. This kid is gonna have to live in this world and survive everybody's different reality and learn that the only reality that matters is the one he builds for himself. So if he wants to think himself as a woman. He has to learn to just be what he thinks he is and carry on with his life without letting external factors to affect him. So yes, embracing your individuality is the MOST IMPORTANT thing to teach a kid. Not teach the kid that sex change will solve all his problems.

I had a younger brother that loves stealing bras and dresses of my mom to play dress up and putting on make up. And me being the typical boy. My mom always said that we were both born in the wrong bodies. My brother should be the girl, and I should be the guy. But how is it that I never feel upset or felt like there is anything wrong with what I have physically? Maybe it's just the strong belief system of embracing your natural body that you were given and not finding fault with it. It's the same issue with make up, to me, it's all the same. You know when I see Olympic Gold Medalist American Female Swimmer feels the need for full fake eye lashes and mascara in her swimming competition in the Olympics while competing. I think that is serious insecurity about her natural face! People keep pushing for plastics. Instead of just feeling content with what you are born with. Like seriously, what drives a kid to think that, man they are in the wrong bodies? Who drove that thinking? It's people teasing them for being into girl things when they are boys that drives them there.

Greta, You can't seem to contemplate an empathetic hypothetical from a personal perspective, I can't think of any other way to offer you an alternative point of view that might answer or even help you question your own strong point of view. The only thing I can think to.say is perhaps keep asking, and maybe some day someone will provide you with a situation that provixes you with an epiphany, oc sorts, that helps you understand a little about how someone elses experiences and feelings that differ from your own are valid, for them.
