Since when???? Perhaps it's only YOU who thought that only men start wars and you thought this was a revelation. Rulers wage wars - regardless of gender. That basic fact is taught as basic history in all schools across the globe.

Without reading the article, it makes a great deal of sense. Women rulers typically come about because of change and upheaval. Those types of time would seem to be ripe for war.

Researchers looked at the actions of European rulers from 1480 to 191 It list boudicca from about 60 ad and catherine of russia. How european is russia?and 60 ad is not during the time frame 1480-1913.
