I volunteered my services once before. I did some moderating on the boards as VideoAdminPi. Not a name anyone would recognize. I have been enjoying the wide open almost anything goes format. It does allow us to blow off a little steam now and then without the fear of being banned. You and I have occasionally went after each other but we still exchange ideas now and then. Without all the regulations getting in the way it is far easier to get a true measure of a person. We each have a choice... do we respond to negative posts and personal attacks or do we just ignore them and move on. Usually I just move on... To me a negative post is a victory because it just shows the poster cannot respond intelligently. I am certainly not above negative posts but i do try to control them. I can only say in my defense that I usually use satire rather name calling but i am guilty of expressing my frustration. So bottom line is I hope things stay the way they are rather than go back to moderators that cannot separate their moderation from their personal beliefs and be impartial. Butch
