there is evidence, no 'proof' and that is what is being investigated. And they are not likely to show any investigative work product that is current to a compound gimp or his circlefelch. Consider Watergate. No 'proof' at the beginning of that. Consider Whitewater. No 'proof' at the beginning of that.

As you say, he can go anywhere bread crumbs lead him, and Il Douchovitch has not led a particularly reverent, nor virginal life. He is also not given to truth telling, and that is going to be his downfall. You dont lie to those guys.
