In countries like China, they couldn't care less who is government. Who is government does not affect their own life, they believe in their own ability to make their own way. They don't rely on government for anything.

So, Singapore is better than the US because they can manage having anti-gum laws so well with a population of 5.75 million vs. the US' population of 320 million. Try that one here.

And China is better than the US because of having a population of (just under) 1.4 billion people being at each other's throats as daily business to see who can climb over the others.

Like I said; third world mentality, all the way.

Again; none of the Indians and numerous Chinese I have as neighbors and see around town came here to be millionaires. Or if so, they're not very good at it, as you claim.

They came here to escape the mindset of people like you.

Well, that's . . . interesting.

Yep, plenty of Asians and indians and other nationalities here, seem to be quite happy being free and being able to run their own little businesses with no fear of sudden death from the army or rebels or the local tongs, triads or mafia

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Can you spell? (6/4/2017 12:37:58 AM)

None of them seem to want to expand too much or become millionaires. They just want to do their thing and be left alone

There aren't any big successful multinational companies run by people who make Bill Gates and Jeff Bozos look like Sir Clive Sinclair by comparison in Japan, then?
Hell, the Japanese were treating corporate entities as people more important than their employees a good fifty years before you people started in on that corporate personhood stupidity, weren't they?
And of course, in China they have a very similar post-"communist" plutocracy to the one in Russia: the main difference there is that the Chinese are pumping wealth out the rest of the world into their manufacturing base, rather than asset stripping and selling off the corpse of their former society to venture capitalists.

Oh Trust me, even if US had only 5million people, you guys couldn't ban guns, because you guys believe you need guns to protect yourself against your own government and your police and your military in the event that they turn evil and turn against you. That's the reason why you guys have guns. It has absolutely ZERO to do with the population size, because China and India has way more people than you guys and guns are banned with no issues, people are all happy to go without guns. You guys just suck at banning guns because ya don't trust your own authority not to abuse their authority.

Capitalist world. Dog Eat Dog. They need the competition to be motivated to where they are now. That's why Africa can't get themselves together and China can. The strong ambition and desire to over take the US and be number 1 in the world. And be the richest country in the world. Trust me, they are lagging behind in millionaires now, but they are working on it and multiplying fast. They care about these things. I am just saying, I don't care about these things personally but just speaking as a matter of fact. That's China.

The fact that median house hold income of Asian families are significantly higher than white Americans tells me that they are pretty good at making more money at the very least. Not everyone will reach their millions, but at least they are all still beating the average.

Statistics don't lie. You don't know your Asian neighbours very well and what their real ambitions are, because one other thing is, Asians are very private people and not open communicators, generally will not really share with the world about their true intentions in many things and prefer to stick to telling you what you wanna hear just to get along with you. Non-confrontational, just kinda, keep their head down and do their own thing and try not to step on anybody's toes.

The goal of becoming rich is first being your own business owner. Then you can have more control on the direction of where the business could go and grow.
If you work for others, you have less control to get where you wanna be. Precisely why high numbers of these Asian people run their own business.

I wouldn't dismiss the potential of "small businesses" too. Chicken Rice Hawkers in my country managed to drive Ferraris. IF they are a really popular stall. And ya know Ferrarris in my country cost over a million to own one.

100 yr. old thinking in the modern world is why much of Asia is the way it is.

China already has the highest national total GDP in the world. The US is the highest per capita GDP country of significant size.

By itself, all that means squat. Which describes what you know about economics or socioeconomics.

You forgot to provide a link or other reference to a -creditable- source for that.

Meanwhile:

Sorry, you can't drag Japan into any regional total-based numbers to prop up the claim that all the other Asian countries know WTF they're doing, at all.

Just like you, right? Like I said, they came here from Asia (and elsewhere) to escape people like you, and couldn't afford the rabies shots from people like you biting ankles in public all the time.

WickedsDesire -> RE: Can you spell? (6/6/2017 9:33:19 PM)

anyone real?

Edwird -> RE: Can you spell? (6/6/2017 9:46:25 PM)

The Madrid football team. Try to keep up.

WickedsDesire -> RE: Can you spell? (6/6/2017 9:52:25 PM)

Geez, you google it and it's real. Asian household income in the US is the highest among all races! Can you imagine a minority goes into another country and yet again became the richest of the country?

Why is that?

And check out poverty rates. Asians beat White Americans on getting out of poverty too, in their home ground! Right in America.

How the hell do they go in there and just do better? Don't tell me they are trying to escape. They see opportunity, they are gonna go in that country and help themselves grow wealth because they saw the potential $$$ that they can make better than if they stayed in their own country.

The evidence is in the stats.

I'm not a typical Asian person. I'm alot more opinionated than an average Asian person. I'm the kind of person who will stand up to my principal infront of my whole school in assembly at 13 yr old and challenge her publicly by yelling at her my point of view from where I am standing, where everyone gasp at me, and I would stand my ground in defiant, this is when the principal is announcing some new policy I was opposing to. I'm the one at work, who when people who fear to voice their own personal opinion to the boss in a group company meeting, ask me to do it on their behalf and also I have to claim it's my opinion because they don't want to get in trouble. I am not afraid to lose my job in the process, I just speak my mind and if I agree with their opinion, I help them speak their mind. Even at home, I have to help my baby brother say alot of things to the parents he fear to say. I told him, don't worry, I'd say it for you, I'll be the bad guy and he can keep his halo.

That's why you don't see alot of Asians in this Forum. Most Asians don't like arguing or confrontational conversations. For me, I love opinions, and to get to hear about people's opinions or their point of views, so I will always challenge them if I wanted to hear more of their views.

Edwird -> RE: Can you spell? (6/6/2017 10:49:02 PM)

The whole point is that if Asians had a clue either economically or socioeconomically they would be doing it in their own country already, instead of escaping idiots like you. They've had as much time as anyone else to figure it out. It's hard for a country or their government to promote progress when they have no clue, by way of no inclination to progress in the first place, and take forever to learn from mistakes.

Japan is the only one who's figured it it out. Even with all their mistakes.

Every country makes mistakes and is still making mistakes.

Mistakes are natures way to teach how to improve, but only for those who want to learn.

People are not idiots because they don't know. People are idiots when they don't want to know.

India and China is catching up. They are the future.

Since alot of your excuses about US failures is due to size of the population.

Then I would say India and China has even more population to deal with, thus it makes sense their progress will be slower than US with a tinier population right?

Given the way your brain works, I can only say that a smaller brain than you already have might (might) make you marginally less stupid.
