If your 'logic' (and I know I am stretching that term to its absolute limits) is valid, the Saudis are "apostates". There's no doubt that this insight will come as an extreme shock to the Saudis who are, by almost universal agreement*, one of the world's harshest and most extreme operators of one of the harshest and most extreme sects of Islam - "Wahhabism" or "Salafism" - the sect that inspired and spawned Al Quada and IS. It will also come as a complete surprise to Pakistan, which is at war internally with IS and AQ, a war that has cost thousands of Pakistani lives.
Your claim is ridiculous. But I suppose you are forced into such ridiculous claims as you support, aid and abet Sharia in Saudi Arabia while pretending to be opposed to Sharia elsewhere. No civilised person would arm, aid and abet the obscene Saudi regime yet you manage to find a way ....
* By "almost universal agreement" I mean the entire world except our BoscoX ... the entire rest of the world is wrong and BoscoX, that self appointed authority on all things Islamic, is right
