Pressure problems are often due to the pressure tank. There's a bladder in there that wears out. Also, Youtube has a lot of videos to look at that deal with wells and pressure. You might want to go watch them. Calling in a plumber will cost big bucks. If you can troubleshoot your problem using the Youtube suggestions you'll save a lot. We had the pump in our well replaced a few months ago. It was 28 years old, however, the fix it guy says pumps last only about 10 years on average. This well didn't cost too much, only $1700 as it was only 130 feet deep. We also had to have the pipe replaced as it was flexible and kinked when they pulled it up. The well at the rental is 420 feet. It cost over $3,000 when that pump died. You might want to think about setting a little aside every month for when your own pump will surely die.
