Me and my fellow agenda pursuers have it tough. Now if one can imagine the police killing people quite legally based on their opinion and fear of those otherwise innocent and unarmed, then how long before they can shoot to kill anybody at all yes, anybody...based entirely on their own opinion and fear ?

Think about this kinkroids.....

It didn't matter that they were at the wrong house.....

It didn't matter that the residents were unarmed.....

It didn't matter that they shot and killed the dog.....

...and it didn't matter what eye witnesses saw and would testify.

All that matters is that you remain in enough fear for your life, that you allow LE to remain empowered and empowered to kill...to commit murder.

This is all the slow march to fascism, a police state...the Fourth Reich. Sure, it doesn't look like that now (except maybe to the surviving families) but we are slowly but surely getting there.

Soon kinkroids, there will be...NO wrong numbers. Every number will be irrelevant. All that will matter is that those newly dead but otherwise innocent and unarmed neighbors we find in the street tonight and tomorrow and...will make you safer.

Ok now remember our story...wrong address...we announced loudly we were police... he sicked the dog on us... he stuck a gun out the door... we loudly demanded he drop it... he did not obey... we had no choice but to shoot him...we are soooo sad and soooo sorry... don't forget the sooo sad and sorry part... that will get us off the hook.

Yep another true story documented by the national news that, as we all know, researched these happenings and received testimony under oath...and no one lies under oath... from three reputable undisclosed sources in the police department and family. These investigations ALWAYS reveal the truth before internal investigations can be completed... because we all know they will be LIES LIES LIES.

Lets get our news trucks and reporters down there in front of the court house so we can tell the peaceful citizens of the area how the killer police got off AGAIN and document some looting and burning... We know the police story was a lie...because...because... how could we sell newspapers or air time otherwise.

The militarization of local departments is frightening. It is a result of money funneled through the DEA, as I understand it. The war on drugs has become a war on citizens. If you give a carpenter a hammer he will pound nails. If you give local police military strength weapons, DUCK!

The report was not about a police conspiracy, as you exaggerate so outrageously, Butch. It is about stupidity, about the inability of police to get the address correct, especially in the era of the freakin GPS. GPS and they still couldn't find the right house. Next time we will scatter crumbs.

Bare in mind that the arrest warrant was for domestic disturbance. They could have phoned the guy and asked him to come down to the station. (Although, come to think of it, there are more digits in a phone number than the house numbers)

I was not complaining about their being armed. Oh no. My complaint is that some are stupid and their stupidity causes the death of innocents.

In a country with over 300,000,000 million people, how would you guarantee this sort of thing never happens?

The above is not the idea you posted in the thread header and you know it.... But...

Yep... its a good story... like all the news stories to sell papers that everyone takes as gospel and spews on political websites BEFORE an investigation is even done. Then when the truth does come out it is not believed...as usual.

I'll bet when the details of this story come out through reputable sources it will be more than a little different than you and the news described... but don't worry about the truth or details just go ahead and make assumptions... because the newspaper say its TRUE... who gives a shit what it does to the police and their families right?

Now it could be just as described...but it may not be at all... in the mean time lets speculate and ruing a few more lives.
