Nixon-negotiated with South Vietnam to extend the Vietnam war
Ford- became president due to Nixon's treason
Reagan-negotiated to make sure hostages in Iran wouldn't be released, then sold weapons to Iran.
Bush 1- coasted through on Reagan's coattails
Bush 2- stopped the recount that would have shown Al Gore to have won the 2000 election

Trump is definitely a true Republican.

Status: offline 		I've vague recollections off it - perhaps it was you who said to me in the past it was illegally stopped my memory can be a bit fuzzy at times as all i seem to remember the recount was halted?

Believes that President Kennedy's death was orchestrated by two Mafia godfathers

Wrote an article titled "Talking Back to Talk Radio" which became part of the business plan for the "notably unbiased" Air America

Has political beliefs described as "progressive/liberal", though he has described himself as part of the "radical middle" and a "democratic socialist"

Yeah...his work is totally unbiased

The recount was halted partway, and that's illegal in itself. (Under Florida state law a recount has to be all or nothing: you can't stop it after a few counties that voted the way you want, or rather you can, because Dubya's brother -Florida's state governor at the time, it should be remembered- did.) There were also questions raised about the Koch brothers organising a very well dressed riot to prevent the recount being restarted once it was stopped.

Mostly because all of those things actually happened.

I don't know is position on JFK and I don't trust you to be accurate about it... but whatever it is, it isn't related to what this thread is about.

Unlike climate change, history is a topic where you can understand everything easily... so if you think he's wrong, prove it.

The only recount that came out in Gores favor gave him all the libertarian vote. The gains were made in Dem areas and Gore didn't want to recount Rep areas. If you understood

anything about statistics you would realize that recount of the rep districts would have gained for Bush.

Wow, just when I think you couldn't possibly be dumber, you prove to everyone that you don't even understand how cause and effect works.
If Bush was elected because of Reagan, and Reagan was elected by extending a hostage crisis, then the hostage crisis got both of them elected.

You should stop farting through your teeth if you're going to accuse other people of lying.
Gore didn't run out of time according to Florida law: the pussy conceded the election.
The districts that were polled were juggled to favour Bush rather than Gore, and while Gore was keen to have the recount extended, Bush worked to stop it. (Hence the Brooks Brothers Riot was staged solely to stop a manual recount in one district.)
And that's without all of the other crooked skulduggery that went on around that election to try to favour Bush...

I don't understand do you?

Obamad I dont know enough about the recount - I remember it made the news across here - really dont want to read up on it all but am inclined to accept WM and HB at face value...never had to fact check them once - WM got something arse for elbow once but thats less than I do.

However for a recount how much time does the State of Florida allow? I forget if all your states have the same duration - most likely they are all different.
How many legal challenges were mounted?

If you knew me, you'd know I don't give a good damn who you use as long as its not a sore with a decidedly liberal/conservative bent. So no, I don't want you using Hannity or Limbaugh. Something other than the New York Times too. Somewhere between the two on this chart would be nice.

...and again, as the right has done for 40 years...character assassination. I've seen the same documentaries and there are a few and they go deep into these last 5 repubs put in the white house.
