I don't care if he's an illegal alien or a human/Insectoid Hybrid. He is a rabid animal and should be shoved into a deep, fetid oubliette and the trapdoor locked and forgotten. There are rehabs and halfway houses or other means in which to ease an ex con back into society, if they don't want to hand him over to ICE to be deported. Sending a habitual offender and drug addict out into society without taking some precautions is irresponsible. If that was my mom that had been raped, I would already be talking to a lawyer about who to hold responsible and how best to make them pay. IF I could remain rational enough to seek legal means. I know a pig farm where he could disappear rather quickly.

If the law had been enforced properly it would have been prevented.

The court document also said he told investigators in March that he has a long history of using methamphetamine and was currently using on a daily basis. I left the last sentence in. A key element of sovereignty is the power to control your borders. He thinks we should support sanctuary cities which means we have no control over our borders, hen we do not have sovereignty. We in effect are not a nation. He is not stupid. He has made it clear in the past that he is extremely anti American and favors anything that hurts us. I do not claim that no citizen has ever done what he has, and I would want them in jail. Portland refused to enforce the law for him, not because he hadn't violated it but because they favor open borders.

After someone does their time, they are not a criminal anymore. Local authorities do not enforce immigration law. I HAVE NEVER SAID ANY COUNTRY HAS NO RIGHT TO CONTROL ITS BORDERS.
