I have to admit to being a bit thick but maybe somebody with more brains or knowledge in this area can help me with my quandary. Who gets to say WHICH countries can have nuclear capability and who shall not ? Who gave this person or persons the power to determine this ? Why should North Korea be any less eligible to wave the nuclear weapon than any number of the other countries that already have this capability ?

Tkman117 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:26:44 PM)

The ones with nukes apparently get to say who can and can't have nukes, pretty hypocritical if you ask me. I agree it's stupid but it's better to have less countries with nukes than more, prevents a higher likelihood of a nuke actually being used. The countries with nukes tend to care enough about mutually assured destruction than those without or those developing them. NK has demonstrated it doesn't care about to people, which means we already know how they'll react should the US kill millions of their people. Aside from harming their pride, NK won't care about what happens to its people, and that makes them more dangerous than most. There has never technically been peace with NK, only quiet, and conflict was inevitable imo, I just wish it didn't take the false bravado of an idiot to make it happen. If this continues and tensions aren't cooled by smarter parties, I can bet we'll see full out war in the next two years.

I am but a simple hobo, woebegone with my paupers reality. A feeble wretch such as myself finds 99.99% on here to lack a reality of an atom – you are different.

FUKIT Do you know I am genuine newbies - idiot cunts like these and those plying that trade make these places what they are I will play no part in that

WickedsDesire -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:34:35 PM)

What about you?

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:36:47 PM)

Tkman...............Thanks for. It's what I thought. The bigger bullies in the schoolyard try to tell the smaller fry how to act, until one of the smaller fry finds out how to wield a baseball bat or a piece of 3 x 2, then the bully runs to teacher and cries 'Foul' .
I agree with you, we could have an all-out war. It won't be a very long one but it would be spectacular and would make for some colourful sunsets in the years ( or centuries) to come. There may not be too many people around to fully appreciate them though.

Tkman117 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:38:16 PM)

I'm personally shocked I haven't put you and your crazy shit on hide yet. Bye [8|]

A short one for sure, although I'm gonna bet it'll be North and South Korea that'll end up burning in the end, and maybe parts of Japan. NK might have missiles that could reach North America but whether they can fit a nuke to a warhead yet is another question altogether. Plus if they did, the US has some pretty advanced missile defence tech, so I'm gonna bet most, if not all, of NK's missiles will be taken out well in advance of hiring North America.

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:43:57 PM)

I never thought you were that slow Tkman *smile*...................I've had him and his ilk on hide for so long now, I have got used to seeing pages full of posts from people that I have on hide and thus I can't read them. It makes for interesting, if intriguing, reading at times.

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:45:53 PM)

It also depends whether the nukes they use are clean or dirty I would guess. If they are dirty, everybody gets to cut themselves a slice eventually. The worlds prevailing winds will see to that.

Tkman117 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:45:57 PM)

Lol, I just got used to skipping past some of his crazy ramblings since occasionally he'd have something interesting to say. Seems like those days are over :P

Damn, I didn't even think of that. Good point. Gonna be a lot more at stake than human lives, can't even imagine the environmental impact it could have. I mean life is a little more resilient than most think but it would still cause some serious problems, just look at the animals and plants at Chernobyl. They look okay on the outside but most of them have cancers or other kinds of growth that aren't natural.

WickedsDesire -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:48:50 PM)

When you are done smearing your insane jobbies around of ill repute I will shed a tear to lose 99% of you, and your kind - leaves me 1% of reality: fuk the rest of you - You will find that fair methinks jobbie pants

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:49:37 PM)

I have this kinda daydream that one day, all these keyboard-heroes will walk into a pub someplace in the outback here or the west over there and begin their ramblings, insults and threats. I then have this strange vision of what the next few minutes may be like. Like the war we just mentioned, I think it will be short, explosive, painful and probably quite colourful

Dvr22999874 -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 10:51:20 PM)

Still W.D. and his ilk will be okay in the event of a nuclear conflict. I read somewhere years ago that cockroaches will always survive anything except a direct blast or two bricks.

WickedsDesire -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 11:03:35 PM)

My ilk of reality is what it is = 100%.
I am sorry none of you pathetic atrocities can measure up. I am curious as to why you lot do not poke your own foul watery jobbies – or are you too busy on your knees lapping the diarrhoea up, and howling for more?

MakeM3Urs -> RE: Trump threatens 'fury' against N Korea (8/8/2017 11:23:48 PM)

Nations that are developing nuclear weapons tend to make rather dirty bombs before they figure out how to make cleaner versions.
If we were to assume that NK was able to hit Seattle with a dirtier early development type bomb, depending upon the time of year and the jetstream cycle, the fallout would carry across anywhere from Bismark, ND to New Orleans, LA, and then back up across New England. Thence it would be carried across the North Atlantic falling upon the UK and Northern Europe. Within a decade a great many people not at all affected by the blast itself will have fallen to Lukemia or other Carcinomas, and a great many babies will have been born with birth defects and/or disease. People with no dog in the fight will be affected worldwide. This is why unstable governments cannot be allowed to develop such weapons. It has nothing to do with whether or not a nation is already in the nuclear club or not.

Yes, I read that about the world's prevailing winds and jet-streams many years ago, after I had watched the original version of 'On The Beach'. The last people left alive on earth were in Melbourne, Vic.....................and if you have ever been to Melbourne in winter, it would be a dismal place to contemplate death. I believe the female lead was Ava Gardner and she described it as 'Just the right place to make a movie about the end of the world'.

If you have ever been to Bismark, you would think it an improvement.

Who is to define what an unstable government is though ? Ours here is none too wonderful and with Trump at the helm, I would say that America's seems to be heading close up to a lee-shore. It seems to be a case of the lunatics running the asylum at this time.
