police are charged with keeping the peace. they didn't do their job. part of the blame then for what happened lies in their camp. no one said or implied anything about "armed white supremacists being innocent bystanders." is the former police chief of Philadelphia "ridiculous" also? we're right back to "you suck" and youre stupid as well.

Then there's the reality that officials tried to address this in advance, but a Bush appointed judge stopped them from doing so. If you wanted to reserve a park, a portion there of, a hall or building then you could pull a permit for that reservation. All of the permits were shall issue, however they could be conditional. Conditions could be such things as cleaning deposits, janitorial fees, use fees such as electrical consumption or such things as table and chair set up and tear down. For instance, every year Little League would reserve baseball fields for a season and pay a small nominal fee for the facilities but if they wanted to bring out ports-johns they paid hazmat fees for possible clean up of up ended/overflowing toilets.
