You really are very stupid aren't you. Yes dumbass... the nazis did the left a big favor by protesting because it made the whole thing seem like:

If you support historical monuments staying where they are = you must be a nazi.

Fuck you people are really s l o w

The only fucking idiots trying to emasculate and eliminate the history of the south are these fucking idiots who seem to think that a statue has some inherent power to fuck up their lives.

The only fucking reason the neo Nazis jumped on the bandwagon was because they wanted it as a way to promote their white supremacy bullshit agenda.

Christ they did it during the civil rights movement, the counter culture movement and every other chance they got to prove that they are right and everyone else is wrong.

The fact that you cannot or do not wish to understand this indicates one simple fact, you are as dumber than the average rock.

Christ, when the LGBT community were holding marches in support of same sex marriages, neo Nazis along with Christian fundamentalist groups staged counter protests.

Stop listening to the bullshit and actually use your fucking brain for something besides a spacer between your fucking ears.

You want the real kicker?

Go to Fremont Washington, there is a nice statue of Lenin there, the guy responsible for starving a few million Ukrainians...

I bet you do not see one liberal protesting that one...

We have god knows how many statues to Lincoln, the great emancipator, who also ordered the Union army to destroy crops, homes, farms and basically put southern civilians out with no shelter and no food.

But he freed the slaves.

Then there is President Jackson, responsible for the deaths of at least 20000 native Americans on the trail of tears.

There is evidence and a theory gaining traction that most of the KKK / Nazi rioters were paid Soros-bots who were bused into Charlottesville by Democrat party operatives for the purpose of causing a further wedge in American politics and undermining the Trump presidency

Let's wait and see how the AG's investigation pans out

I heard that rumor, and find it plausible in terms of the way Soros and his minions tend to operate, but hesitated to bring it up here since it was first suggested by Alan Jones, who is controversial enough on his own. After all, it would be a whole lot easier for the Soros camp to stage that sort of thing than for NASA to fake the moon landings. While a few of the videos and still photos that can be found online support the side of the counter protesters, the majority of what is available really doesn't.

Do you know where else it appears in the Constitution? Nowhere. That phrase appears only where I said it did. I will give you some friendly advice here Bama, do NOT argue with me about the U.S, Constitution, I know it and it's history far better than you ever will, I know the damned thing inside out, and you obviously don't know a fucking thing about it.

Now I gotta post this in a second thread!

we can take that one step further with:

Murdock v. Pennsylvania
319 U.S. 105 (1943)

U.S. Supreme Court
Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105 (1943)
No. 480

Argued March 10, 11, 1943
Decided May 3, 1943*
319 U.S. 105
CERTIORARI TO THE SUPERIOR COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA
Syllabus

(snipped to applicable)

A State may not impose a charge for the enjoyment of a right granted [reserved] in the Federal Constitution. P. 319 U. S. 113.

The flat license tax here involved restrains in advance the Constitutional liberties of press and religion, and inevitably tends to suppress their exercise. P. 319 U. S. 114.

Since the privilege in question is guaranteed by the Federal Constitution, and exists independently of state authority, the inquiry as to whether the State has given something for which it can ask a return is irrelevant. P. 319 U. S. 115.

A community may not suppress, or the State tax, the dissemination of views because they are unpopular, annoying, or distasteful. P. 319 U. S. 116.

Page 319 U. S. 106

IOW since these people are exercising a right RESERVED a covenant commemorated by the constitution its even unconstitutional for them to force anyone into getting a fucking permit!

On a side note the courts love to write in a manner that implies they are our overlords, they are not, the constitution 'grants' no rights, it is a document that preserves the contract the gubmint agreed to.

they dont even have the legitimate authority to force anyone to buy a permit for any RESERVED right what so ever!! Too fucking bad if someone is spewing hate, as long as they are not tthemselves injuring someone they have the right to spew whatever they want.

Today its all about complete top to bottom corruption.

There was no attempt to keep them apart. With these two groups there needed to be a strong police presence between them.

If the permits are used to control "traffic" control they are reasonable. You can't have four different demonstrations in the same place even if they
are in general agreement. If they are used to only allow one side to state their view that is different.
Both of these were on public property, don't you think they have a right for some control of public property, particularly when public safe
ty is clearly in danger. Even the they do not have the right to silence one side or the other.

Way to try change the subject there dude.
quote:

I am glad to see that you oppose laws that say a baker can't refuse to make something that violates their religion.

Nope, baking a cake does not interfere with the free exercise of any religion I have ever heard of, and I have heard of and studied most of them. Again, read the fucking Constitution.
quote:

I am also glad to see that you oppose may issue permits rather than must issue ones

I don't support or oppose either, I don't give a fuck either way, but "may issue" is unconstitutional.
quote:

and that you oppose magazine limits.

I don't give a fuck about magazine limits, but magazine limits do not infringe your right to keep and bear arms, therefore they are constitutional.
quote:

Yeah, bullshit. You just plain did not know what the fuck you were talking about. You really do need to read the fucking document you know, your understanding of it would be embarrassing in a 3rd grader.
