Duh not relevant.
My ancestors are from Scotland, Germany, and the Great plains (Sioux) all came here legally.
Mexico has no claim against any part of the US.

Keep in mind that in 1834-36 3 Mexican states tried to leave, they were not connect and couldn't co-ordinate. The Tx were not surrounded
and threw the Mexicans out. The U S wasn't even taking Mexican territory, they absorbed the independent nation of Texas.
