I seem to remember something about how the notorious gangster Lucky Luciano was an enormous help to the Allies in running Sicily after they kicked the fascists out of Sicily. Luciano had been deported to Italy and was hoping to be allowed to go back to the US in return for his 'services'.

Luciano seemed to be able to get things done that no one else could manage to get done. I have no information on the methods Luciano used to ensure that things got 'done' - no doubt no one was minded to inquire too closely. But all accounts suggest that dragging one's feet when Luciano wanted something to happen was not the most prudent attitude to adopt if one wished to live to a ripe old age ...

I remember something along those lines too. Not just that Luciano ran things in his own inimitably 'robust' style - but also that he had the infrastructure. I don't suppose the truth of it all is well documented though - that being the nature of things regarding the 'criminal fraternity'. (Want of a better term.)

With regard to sexual offenders who have previously served time and been released, they commonly have restrictions placed by a judge about how closely they can associate with children. Of course I support capital punishment, and sex offenders and child molesters should be shot after the appeals process is finished, unless they are members of the clergy, then crucifixion works.

3. Peeing in public
4. Flashing your breasts
5. Having consensual sex with a teenager, even if you're a teenager, too
6. Sleeping with your sister
7. Giving another child a hug (in this case, the boy tried to hug a fellow student "too much")
