Morgan goes on to call the former secretary of state out not only for her hubris but also for blaming everyone but herself in the book.

Clinton, he noted, was so confident of her win she spent $1.6 million to buy the property next to her house for her Secret Service detail she’d receive upon being elected.

And her laundry list of people to blame? Morgan said it’s “so long, it’s frankly laughable.”

Nevertheless, he sums up the list: Former FBI Director James Comey, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Julian Assange, Sen. Bernie Sanders, former President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, the media, Green Party candidate Jill Stein, sexism, misogyny, women, white people, black people, former Vice President Joe Biden, Anthony Weiner, the Electoral College, and history.

“The truth is that everyone knows exactly what happened,” Morgan wrote. “Hillary ran a diabolically elitist and blinkered campaign that basically boiled down to this mantra: 'Trump's disgusting, his supporters are a basket of deplorable idiots, I'm a brilliant woman, my husband used to be President, and I have lots of rich, famous friends – so vote for me.'"

America rejected Clinton not only because of what she represents but also because of her “vague, unimaginative vision for the country,” he said.

Finally, Morgan begs Clinton to wrap up her “loser tour” and “accept you blew it and shut up, before you take your party down with you.”

Going to the media and complaining about it (which is what he did): as he wasn't sued over that, it suggests that he was telling the truth as well, doesn't it?

Perhaps no individual journalist was more affected by the 2016 presidential election than NBC News’s Katy Tur. Now she has published a memoir, “Unbelievable: My Front-Row Seat to the Craziest Campaign in American History.” The book is a must-read for many audiences, but most especially young, would-be campaign reporters. Tur’s book is a warning that journalists now and henceforward, are — willing or not — going to be participants in all future campaigns.

Full disclosure: I am a contributor to NBC and MSNBC and host of a show on the latter, and found Tur to be a thoroughly professional and wonderful colleague when our paths crossed during 2016. Those crossings were infrequent: Tur was rarely at one place for long, like the other “road warriors” from all the networks. Donald Trump’s pace shamed some young people for its constant motion, but Tur kept up easily, living out of carry-ons for more than a year.

One night we did cross paths was in Cleveland for Trump’s acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention. That night I kept one eye on the nominee and one eye on Tur at her stand-up position beside me on the arena floor because, as the book reminds, Tur would often be an unannounced surprise guest star in the reality show that was Trump’s almost wholly unscripted campaign. On any given day, he might suddenly invoke her in his speeches, usually for a critical aside though occasionally for a compliment. It was very possible that July night that the nominee might refer to Tur again. Thus Tur’s book is both a memoir of a reporter covering the campaign and a journal of a participant in it — unwilling and unexpected as that latter role might have been.

Status: offline 		Key words to MM's post. Contributor to NBC and PMSNBC. That's all I need to know. I'm still not buying her book, or paying $145.00 to Hillary. I did think of paying the money to heckle her though.

My guess is that your contract with them also precludes you from disclosing your association with them on a site of this nature.
Better go review that agreement.
