Maybe chip in from time to time? (on the actual topic)

e.g. why could his case be decided by a Judge and not a jury of his Peers? Your nemesis would have helped me out with those questions and nuances.

I am actually a nationalist ;)

I dislike racism in any format. These are not isolated occurrences.

And so is a bee, wasp, shit-fly, etc. ( I don't understand gravity or time, no-one does)

I find your arguments to be non-compelling. And now you are clutching at straws.

He did what he said he was going to do. He shot him dead.

Shooting some one simply because you are angry with them, in the heat of the moment, is not good policing.

You have never overstated what you were going to do?
You still brought up race when I had never mentioned it.
As KD pointed out the case had several independent investigations and they all found
no grounds for prosecution, think they might have more info than you do?
This only came to trial because the prosecutor was playing to the mob.

the defendant can chose to waive a jury and just have a judge. this happens when the defendant
suspects the jury will be a lynch mob as in this case, or when to legal issues are very complicated.

I said I only read bits of the case. Now, was one of the articles from the Post, the other being the BBC, and did it say he actually held the gun?

My Main points are:
1. If he held the gun then why was his DNA not found on the gun
2. The copper said he was going to kill him dead, and he did exactly that. (A slow impact ram, of 0-30mph, can be a fair thud but that is not enough).

The race thing feel free to cite me 3 recent cases where the "Race" is reversed.

And thanks for the Jury thing:
1. Lynch Mob ( i see that, but I also see my points 1-2)
2. Judge - someone immersed in the law and Absolutes.

He reached for the gun, he wasn't aiming it.
Since the prosecutor was playing to the mob tampering on his part is a reasonable possibility.
And again not finding something didn't prove anything.
Clearly you don't pay that much attention.
More white people are shot by the police than black people.
People don't start threads about black cops shooting white people because as long as it is dead white people
there isn't a problem.
The only case where there was a thread on a black cop shooting a white
person was a white Australian who was shot by a black cop for approaching a police
car that she had called. People on here don't care when white people get shot.
If fact one person who condemns the cop when the other guy pulls an empty gun or is attacked
by someone with a baseball bat says there is nothing wrong with what the cop did. Of course he also says he
supports the police unless they shoot a black person, shooting white people is just fine with him.

You have, by your own admission only seen carefully edited versions of the story.

I only ever see the edited version of any case, as do you.
He reached for the planted gun? Was that in the front seat or back seat?

So the Copper, who said he was going to shoot the shifty savage darkie dead, saw him reach for an actual gun - poking out of a bag and all that?

"Gonna kill this [expletive], don't you know it" while in a car chase after Mr Smith. That is premeditation no matter how I look at it. Being enraged isn't a reason.

And the death squad officer, being a professional, was careful enough to bag and tag the planted gun, and careful not to contaminate it with his own DNA. Happy in knowledge the stiff coon corpse DNA would be found all over it.

At least tell me he is still not a police officer?

It was sitting on the front seat, that negates anything the cop had said. He didn't shoot the person in anger he made a comment,
I don't know about over there but here people here say those things without meaning them literally.
He wasn't a death squad officer, the prosecutor didn't have a case against him but yes the activist drove he out of the dept.
You can't even read the title of the thread FORMER St. Louis police office. Don't know what former means over there but here it means used to be.

You are making up your mind on the basis of excepts cherry picked by people who just want to get
the cop.

I do not cherrypick, ever. I have enough facts to have come to my decision.
That case troubles me.

I get that it’s the bad (dodgy) cases that often make the news.

Not a job I could do myself and I have told you that more than once.

The fact that you couldn't handle being a cop does not give you free reign to attack them.
I didn't say you were cherry picking, I said your sources were

So you are now concluding they should be uncountable dipshit?

You managed to rebut not one key point of mine. Hurling ones own filth of mess at me is no defense, indeed it is an illumination into your very being.

This was premeditated "Gonna kill this [expletive], don't you know it" while in a car chase after Mr Smith.

Do you even care?

Obviously: only their peers can pass judgement on cops. Civilians should shut up whining about it.

Fuck knows what you are saying - have you tried killing a few wogs to build up your credibility and going on the record as to saying you wish to hump one’s own daughter with the nice tits? Or are you going to ramble on about the trump goons and how they silenced Ron?

Anyhoos as I was saying whore of babalyon you give them enough cunt rope – the cunts will hang themselves, and many times over.

Tyburn cuntius tree – I believe is its proper name in made up Latin

I would care if there was any truth to it.
Don't you think there is some possibility that the judge
had a little bit more information than you do?
Have you considered that the cop meant that a 90mph chase
down town would result in the drug dealers death.

BTW 30mph is all the faster the nut in Charlottesville was going so yes it is dangerous.

The prosecution never denied he was a drug dealer.
The prosecution never denied that he committed assault with his car.
Something muttered during the chase is not evidence to convict someone with.
The lack of evidence is not evidence.
You have to throw out every piece of actual evidence to take your position.
The fact that you cannot even imagine being an officer makes it impossible
for you to come to a rational conclusion on this.

No, but the evidence says he is innocent.
