ORIGINAL: ShadesDecadent I said I only read bits of the case. Now, was one of the articles from the Post, the other being the BBC, and did it say he actually held the gun? My Main points are: 1. If he held the gun then why was his DNA not found on the gun 2. The copper said he was going to kill him dead, and he did exactly that. (A slow impact ram, of 0-30mph, can be a fair thud but that is not enough). The race thing feel free to cite me 3 recent cases where the "Race" is reversed. And thanks for the Jury thing: 1. Lynch Mob ( i see that, but I also see my points 1-2) 2. Judge - someone immersed in the law and Absolutes. He reached for the gun, he wasn't aiming it. Since the prosecutor was playing to the mob tampering on his part is a reasonable possibility. And again not finding something didn't prove anything. Clearly you don't pay that much attention. More white people are shot by the police than black people. People don't start threads about black cops shooting white people because as long as it is dead white people there isn't a problem. The only case where there was a thread on a black cop shooting a white person was a white Australian who was shot by a black cop for approaching a police car that she had called. People on here don't care when white people get shot. If fact one person who condemns the cop when the other guy pulls an empty gun or is attacked by someone with a baseball bat says there is nothing wrong with what the cop did. Of course he also says he supports the police unless they shoot a black person, shooting white people is just fine with him. You have, by your own admission only seen carefully edited versions of the story.
