Well, a lot of the injuries will have been caused by falls, and likely trampling, in the panic and pandemonium of everyone trying to escape.

If it were not for my taste for kink, I wouldn't have an online presence. No Facebook, Twitter, or any of that other stuff. I have a yahoo account that I pretty much ignore. Text messages might do more, but now, we're talking about time investment. I feel bad for the poor SOB that gets that job. Talk about mostly boring! At the same time, this horrendous thing made me appreciate social media on a scale I never had before! Unlike back in the days when I worked at a phone company when Columbine happened, social media got survivors connected with their family members. It wasn't 'go through the Red Cross" and such. It was instant in some cases. That was better for the families.

An insidious person, planning to harm others, doesn't necessarily clue other people in. I agree with this. Unless she was going to be actively involved, or part of the getaway plan, the chances of her turning him in or trying to talk him out of it were extremely high. But until she's exonerated, she has to be treated as a person of interest for the investigation. There are videos with witnesses claiming a Mexican woman was telling people they would all die less than an hour before shooting began. As far as the Mexican woman telling people they would all die, one article said he was seen with another woman & that the police were trying to find her, perhaps this woman is that woman... I believe the gf that she didnt know, given that according to some articles he was rude to her and she seemed to know to let him have his way on things, & be on the submissive side... he had money and seems to have had an (overbearing) attitude to go with that.. I believe her when she said that she thought the reason for the money he sent her, the trip, etc was cuz she thought he planned to dump her.. many women in that same position would think that too.. In a weird way, he did dump her... (Assuming he has one) I wonder what his will says, who he leaves his money etc to.. (of course that money will likely be tied up in court for some time).. Its interesting/scary how the media has gone thru every record possible for names of other people to dig up info on him, the gf, his family, her family, neighbors, her divorce witnesses, casino staff, gun store staff, other hotel guests, his former tenants, etc etc.. anyone that has come within 10 miles of him/them seems to have been questioned/hounded by the media...
