I really don't think the issue is lack of outrage so much as people not really knowing much about this type of thing.
The only people I could imagine defending rapists are people like respectmen and possibly Awareness.

I could give my opinion, but its too un PC,
But, the PC version is....
a child is raped and gives birth to a baby, and daddy rapist gets to fuck up her and the babies life eternally. court sanctioned.
With Trumps attack on birth control, and congress on abortion, and controlling sex ed, PP, and other rulings. Its gona get worse.
