i appreciate that, thank you.

so what im understanding is---the police and some lawyers think theres enough evidence for charges to be pursued but the case didn't end up in trial.

do we know why? I suspect the most common reason would be the DA doesn't think, given what they have, that a trial would be worth pursuing.

What would you charge him with? Most sex crimes require an act involving the vagina, urethra, penis, and/or anus. Normal assault requires an injury. Sexual harassment is a civil matter in most cases, though NY does have provisions making it a criminal matter,

quote:

Link if it involves the following elements: Forcible touching which occurs which a person intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly touches the sexual or other intimate parts of another person for the purpose of degrading.

I really think they are just being women and I am an alpha so why would I take them to court? I can deal with it in ways I have total control instead. But then, I am not looking for money in court or to keep quiet.

That's you. But some men should take these women to court IF the advances are unwanted.
Not for money but for justice.

I suppose it is true that some men would. Some men have lost their way.

Context is everything. Men usually will deal with this in another manner.

I personally have been sexually assaulted by a female Director of HR who decided to wear a large billowy dress without panties while I was presenting a new product to her. I thought she was crazy. I still do. I finished and left. She told my boss I was to be commended for being so professional. Another female supervisor put her hand on my leg and rested it there for about ten seconds and I acted like my cock was not getting hard. The third time a female peer walked up behind me and softly placed her left check against my right. I ignored her and she pulled back after several seconds and we are good terms because I wanted it so. Finally, another very young woman, apparently having heard of my prowess, came over to my office, sat down, crossed her legs in a way so that one leg was completely exposed and whispered that "I knew what to do with a woman". Really finally, another female was leaving my office after a short conference and she posed with a hand against the right and left door frames and softly let me know "she sometimes likes to be used".

I really think they are just being women and I am an alpha so why would I take them to court? I can deal with it in ways I have total control instead. But then, I am not looking for money in court or to keep quiet.

It amazes me how you can get through life without your bollocks exploding from such alpha-ness, Art, it really does.

It's a tough job.

There is a huge amount of difference in the criminal code on sexual assault and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations on workplace safety. The two are congruous in some cases but there is a lot more in workplace safe conduct regulations that is not an assault issue.

"Inappropriate touching" may or may not be a criminal in a given jurisdiction. It is a violation of safe workplace guidelines and corporate entities are expected to have a written procedure for handling complaints of such. It comes down to whether the persons involved are co-workers, supervisor to worker, or employer to employee.

While that may be true, we've seen no evidence that this was anything more than a social call. There is no discussion of a potential role for the victim, nor any direct threats, though one seemed to be just barely held back.
