ORIGINAL: bounty44 here's your first one fool---that manafort's activities with Ukraine, or Russia or whoever prior to being associated with the trump campaign, so far as anyone can tell at the moment, have nothing to do with the whole leftist charge of trump's "Russian collusion." the whole "trump jr meeting with a Russian lawyer" is a very big "so what?" both of those things have been said repeatedly, well before your breathless "charges filed" news. what that means is, anything damning exists only so far in your wet dreams. but then of course, any refutation, no matter how sound, is a "denial or downplay" right? interesting that you get to be the sole arbiter of truth here no matter how absurd your thinking. and as to this: "rwnj"---right, everyone who disagrees with or thinks differently than you is a "nutjob"---the word juvenile comes to mind. so does this... [sm=runaway.gif][sm=runaway.gif][sm=runaway.gif][sm=runaway.gif] Yes, we all see...sounds like a RWNJ. Liberals are traitors. I am frankly amazed that after all of the shit that has been slung on this forum, I am still capable of hurting poor sensitive bounty44's tender feelings. It's really telling that he automatically interprets as hysteria any post that might further undermine Trump's already ridiculously flawed character. I wasn't at all angry or excited when I posted it... more like caught up in the perverse thrill of potentially watching a total fucking scumbag have his whole life ruined. The neofascist movement Trump has allied himself with is far more objectionable than any crime that any individual associated with it could have possibly committed, and the sooner it is stopped the better... but while a public disgrace like Trump in jail for money laundering and conspiracy would be a huge PR win, it really has no bearing on whether or not his talking points survive. It's not like it says anything about his moronic supporters that we didn't already know, and his personal dealings have absolutely no bearing on whether or not you're still allowed to mindlessly parrot traditional conservative talking points. So why exactly are the RWNJs so oblivious to what is going on here? An attack on Trump's dodgy business dealings and dodgy political associates has nothing to do with what you believe in, so why is it so necessary to cling desperately to the belief that he did nothing wrong? How can anyone actually look at this guy and think 'no way he did anything wrong' or 'I am so proud that he is the leader of my country'? I get arguing politics from conservative perspectives, but defending Trump??? Why???? It's supposed to be about the IDEAS, not the PEOPLE or the PARTY. This is why we will never get along, ever. If you have an argument to make, fine... but all of this 'this isn't about Trump, stop saying it's about Trump, Trump is fine, it's not about Trump... it's HILLARY and ONLY Hillary' BS is what keeps the whole RWNJ name alive.
