So, present for the audience here where I "attacked" anybody. Defending one's self against idiocy is not an "attack" just so you know. Some of us have better, even deeper, sense of family and society than others, so there's that. Family before Army; selfish me. Selfish brother, who died in real service to others. Not for a fucking oil company, thank God, but for his neighbors, who all cried and conveyed numerous good stories about what he did for them (and there were many) when he passed on.

Reasonable requests. She still serves 7 years counting from the day she goes in. In this case, if he needs to give up a kidney, recover in the hospital. After the doctor says he is recovered, then his DAY 1 in Jail starts from AFTER he discharge from hospital. Nobody escapes anything. Kid's life gets saved. Father still goes to jail AFTER donating kidney. It seems like the real issue is the inflexibility of the US system to make special arrangement to save a life. And this involves an innocent child. The same reason that woman in my country was granted a deferment to her imprisonment because the children matters, and she needs to make sure she finds a trusted caretaker for the next 7 years while she is gone.

Greta, he's out of jail, but keeps committing more crimes. I think even in Singapore, a person would still be arrested and held for a few days, until he can see a judge. And he's on probation, meaning he hasn't finished the sentence for his initial crime(s). If a judge sees you every month, and you tell him the same thing every month, how many chances do you think you should get?

Him getting shot dead by the Police might make the transplant more, rather than less, likely so long as they shoot him through the head: it's a lot easier to cut a transplant organ out of a corpse and keep it on ice until it's needed than it is to remove the organ from a live donor and switch it between warm bodies while it's still fresh, I'm told.
