The last time a Dem won a senate race in Alabama it was Shelby.
The day before the election the Dems did a push poll asking if people would be less likely to vote for the Rep
if they knew he had said that women shouldn't be allowed to vote.
Naturally Shelby did really well in the women's vote.
His opponent never said that but by the time people found out the election was over.
Be for you remind me how stupid I am since Shelby is a Rep. he switched parties early in his first term.
For many of us in Alabama this looks like the same thing.

You don't read so good do you? I never said that Shelby switching parties was a dirty trick.
If you had been paying attention you would have known that the dirty trick was putting a lie
into the campaign when it was too late to disprove it. I only mentioned Shelby switching parties because I knew someone
would try to make it about me allegedly thinking he was a Dem , which he was at the time.
Now I don't think you are too stupid to know that, you are just trying
to distract from the fact that making up something that can't be disproven by the election
is SOP for the Alabama Dem party in a close election.

It does when the dismissed facts involve the theory of evolution or industrial emissions having any influence on climate change: constant repetition of denials are all that's required then. Why should this be any different?

um no---there might have been one time where I questioned and asked who it was and there was one time where it was the stwrinklemeat profile, which used to be used by mnottertroll---so it remains a mystery how wd got into it. if anyone knows the answer to that, id love to hear it.

there was an instance or two where someone showed up, made only a post or two, and then disappeared.

wd has never shown the type of "normalcy" that this new profile is showing and there are at least a half dozen words/phrases and interactions that point overwhelmingly to mnottertroll, and not to wd.

the only way its the latter (but not necessarily the former) is that he's made a conscious effort to study and mimic those words/phrase and predilections---but again, every example of his posts for the past many months, if not years, show him to be incapable of that.

I dont know much about how mnottertail began around here since I started coming to this forum during the "putinjizz" "felchgobblin" over and over again phase. So thats really all I know about mnottertail though

There is actually a way to do that if certain things about an old account apply. It's a very weird loophole that the site has always had and I don't know if it was ever fixed or not. (It became very evident on a thread three or four years ago, so there are some posters who know how it works.) It's not the same thing as the recent phenomenon of people attempting to log into their own profile and are suddenly making forum posts under another name. Different thing.

On this one, you're going to take me at my word or not. It would be a horrible idea for me to detail how the trick works because it would just lead to more crap. There are some other forums posters that could tell you I'm right, though.

Yes, and I'm fairly confident that has to do with people reporting WD's socks as WD circumventing moderation. I've reported three of them, myself. I know I'm not the only person who has done so, which means I can't tell you how many WD socks are now also under moderation.

On other occasions, this is exactly how WD has got you into thinking that any given sock is mn. If you wanted to try to impersonate somebody, wouldn't you try to duplicate their posting style? He's fooled you a few times already.

This is also incorrect. WD can and has had decent points of lucidity. It's how he lures some people in. I can't say it as fact but it seems to unravel during times he's drank too much or has past the point of lacking sleep/rest.

I'm semi-confident in this statement. I wouldn't have to study much to impersonate a lot of people on these boards. If I were a dishonest individual, I could probably pull it off.
