The attitude of melania, or marla or ivana or mrs moore, would be equivalent.
But its not talk about partisan.

You missed (or ignored) the part I bolded above. Jeff didn't equate Hillary's deflections to Trump's alleged sexual assaults. He equated Hillary's deflections to Trump's deflections.

You are absolutely correct, I did miss it, and misdirected my anger at Jeff wrongly.
I apologise for the mistake, Jeff, whole heartedly, for attacking you personally, I could attempt to excuse it but im not going to.

It IS a distraction from what is going on with trump and moore. why? because its not news, bill has been the bogey man for twenty years, his accusers aren't new, there are no other allegations in how many years or have there?
Bill isnt president now, neither is hillary, neither are running for seats, neither are in the government.

If it came out today bill probably would have been charged and jailed. depending on the statute of limitations. Except he WAS president. And like Trump, cannot be charged while president.

Most people in the 90s didn't give a damn compared to how its viewed in the last year. Well except by various "victims" of mostly men that have come out in the past year.
Sexual assault is not partisan.
How you deal with it says a lot.

Im suddenly reminded of all the bullshit anita hill went through.

Hell, I played pool twice a week with a friend from France and he was laughing his ass off the whole time, saying the French wouldn't elect any man who didn't have at least one mistress.

You know what, you are correct and we should all just be happy we're so rich and peaceful but then it wouldn't matter what ex-pols think. The bar for pres. or most cabinet positions has been so lowered since Reagan anyway, that we all become the cynic.

However, when it comes to all policies, its no contest and we see the new Trump swamp doing swimmingly well with the new swamp enablers in congress. So what Al Franken did should get a pass too as we well know the difference here.

So why doesn't everybody forget these human frailties and assess our future in the further impoverished, polluted, corrupt plutocracy ?
