Apparently not. Otherwise he probably would have on Jan 7. Of course, what he CAN do doesn't necessarily follow the law anyway. Constitutional scholars have been debating the topic, but even though it's a bad precedent to set, a convicted felon running for office doesn't seem to be unconstitutional. Sentencing would be the only possibility of even making it difficult for Trump to campaign, much less govern. But it will likely come too late to make a real difference. Instead of being sentenced in the next few days, it will be postponed until SCOTUS rules on the immunity issue. SCOTUS could easily decide that the convictions are moot.
