To me it sounds like nothing more than a male sub trying to put down fem subs for not being Dommes. The boy has got 3 possible serious issues that he needs to deal with, as I see things.

I was thinking this and going to add that because there are so few dommes to sub males, and so many doms to femsubs, that perhaps he is just jealous that we gals have a lot less trouble finding someone that has inventive uses for brooms (smirks).

For the opening post, Im sure this guy has no idea of what femsubs want as he is not one (unless he had gender reassignment surgery). This whole thread cracks me up, but when Julie mentioned this, i kinda do remember... you know, i have heard a lot of Doms complain that "nobody really wants to serve, they just want kinky sex, and I can get that anywhere." 

i guess it all boils down to..  when you're not finding what you want, the protection measure is to say it doesn't exist at all, rather than admit it's out there, but someone ELSE is getting what you can't seem to land a hand on.

It sounds a little like the "Is Everyone a fake (but me)" threads too.

Weird, I didn't get any tone of defensiveness or insulting in the original post at all.

But then people tell me *I* have anger problems and insecurity problems when I make bold statements like that also.

Seriously, I think he's completely true.  I think a huge amount of people who come onto this site really just want a vanilla romance with frequent hot kinky sex, and often hide this under a guise of wanting lofty ideals of service and submission.

I also think there's nothing wrong with that.

So if you want to say things like *I* somehow am annoyed that subs aren't doms, or jealous or insecure...feel free.  But I think it's just the reality of the situation.

In the original post it sounds like he was talking about people he knew in the real world, not those logging on to CM. I am not insulted by what he said, but his observation is nothing but an opinion viewed from a sampling of lord knows who. I do not think that it lacks validity one way or another. It isn't true of me, and since I have not done some random survey with defined boundaries as to what a horny sub that just wants to be fucked is as compared to one that fucks just for the pleasure of their owner, I will take this opinion like many others and put it where it belongs, under stereotypes that are unsubstantiated.

I do not like it when I see my brothers in submission branded as "do-mes" because they have the nerve to want their fetishes fulfilled once in a while, I do not like seeing a fellow submissive male do the same to female submissives.
