It's pretty clear by this individual's post, they get off on public humiliation. You can just about bet the last 18 or so comments have given him enough wankoff fodder to last him a good week. Publically degrade and humiliate someone who's just looking to use Me for My Talents and Expertise in Degredation and Humiliation...nope, no thanks. I'd suggest he just call that 900# that he usually does for that sort of thing. At least those people have the compensation of getting paid to have to listen to that drivel heheh

greetings to all

now i am one to help anyone but this did sound like a man who was in a dress and yes he did soil his panties or pollutued them what in the hell is that ???? so now i have this ughly picture of a man with poop and urine in his undies and sitting wating for us to gave him advice and he is getting soft by the mintue lol yes this is not a real submoissive but a wacker wating lol ok his mistress is making him do this oh boy what a mess lol ok no advice from em just please do not wait to long or it will dirt up and what a mess to clean

The difficulty lies in attempting to punish you're sub without causing excessive physical harm. I personally can not offer any suggestions for punishing females but I have my own methods of punishing male subs. Since fitness is high on my agenda my sub and even the switch I mentor are both physically healthy individuals. (My switch understudy works as a professional trainer.) Therefore when either of them acts in an inappropreate manner I use methods of punishment that are character building and do not cause physical harm. I recomend the following.

1: Forced to attempt 1000 press ups

2: Forced to swim 25 laps in an olympic sized pool

3: Forced to attempt 1000 situps

4: Forced to run laps in waist deep water or snow
