Due to getting breasts WAY too fast in adolescence mixed with being very overweight and having lost a great chunk of it (and hopefully a chunk more) I already have sagging breasts and fully plan on getting them lifted and reduced a bit when I get older.

Enjoy.

I'm liking what Estring said, and it something to consider.

My boobs are, in a word, HUGE. 36HH and they've grown 3 cup sizes in the last few years. I look at them and wish there was something I could do, but like Estring said, Looking at fake ones so much...I'm not positive that mine don't already look how they are supposed to. When they are this big, isn't it physically impossible for them to look they do in the porn movies? They're not to my knees yet :)

Also, lifting weights can help tremendously.

They can. After a very considerable weight loss, I went down one cup size but I saw a slight difference in firmness. I'm getting it back though...

By lifting weights, find out from a personal trainer what is best for pecs... but it can help all over
+ proper hydration, which flushes fat cells & helps with rebuilding skin elasticity & firmness
+ firming cream, NIVEA Firming Lotion Advanced Q10 works very well and is affordable
+ wearing an excellent support bra, and they don't have to be ugly ;-)

If all else fails, you can go for the breast lift but there are many steps you can do before that.

I am a big fan of plastic surgery, but then being granted a birth defect, I am a little prejudiced. :)

Look around at your female relations, and let their shape be your guide. My friends always want me to take my top off, because they can't believe that I am so frikken perky at my age! I have gained a lot of weight due to illness/meds, and puffed up accordingly, but still kept the same shape.

It is totally possible to have a hooter lift without any kind of augmentation, but the doctors are always going to push for the increase in size. Breast tissue is pretty much fat and fibrous connective stuff (mammary glands themselves are small, AA cups can breast feed!) and very easy to manipulate.

If you are working on losing weight and reshaping yourself, wait until you are "done" and have been able to maintain yourself for at least six months. That will give your skin time to recover and decide what it wants to do. In the meantime, invest in a good bra---I really recommend Wacoal brand. They are more expensive, but very well designed and comfortable to wear. Muscle helps pad the underlying area, but skin just stretches without support. Got any hippie chick pals? Take a look at them, and learn a lesson.

Having a reduction is not the same as having fake ones. And personally, I've seen quite a few fake/altered breasts in my life and if you get a GOOD surgeon to do it, they can do a great job and make them look extremely natural.

Plastic surgery is a fairly personal choice all around, but for me, the extra weight gone and the overall good proportion to my body AND the confidence I would gain over is far worth it for me.

A woman I know with huge pillowy breasts lost a lot of weight and ended up with saggy bags.........her reduction left her with wonderful DD's. Totally worth it.
