tonight's dinner...boneless chicken breasts, cooked in the crockpot.  the sauce...a can of smooth cranberry sauce, mix with a package of onion soup mix  (dry mix, no water added)

with rice and probably english peas.  yes the sauce sounds gross, but once its all cooked, its like a bbq sauce and a lot tastier than it sounds :)

Chlorzoxazone, 500mg (2x250) p.o. - not very tasty

I seriously tweaked my back and neck out yesterday somehow... took the pills and laid down. Next thing I know, it's morning.

Ah, the joys of knowing your pharmacology...

I had all you can eat fried chicken at Culvers with mashed taters and gravy and green beans. I had made grilled chicken breasts, rice and beets, but that can be for tomorrow night. And for desert we brought home some sundaes, Heath Crunch, and had them with the cake I made.

Last night,

A very good pinot grigio with homemade bread and pesto. A large  House salad with a homemade mustard vinegarette, and the most delicious crab stuffed ravioli with cornchowder sauce. I asked the chef for the recipe and he was sweet enough to give it to me.

Sometimes when I find something so delicious I crave it almost every day.

I have never heard of the drug Chlorzoxazone that e01n took for his back, and hope you're feeling better.

Miss Irish
