re-grilled grilled chicken*from last night, ended up eating out* corn on the cob, rice, cake and ice cream...

I'm making a fresh Salad Nicoise & sipping a glass of old vine Red Zin.
If I get industrious, I might even make a Guava Flan for dessert later this evening.

experimental "Cuban" sushi - nigiri with ham, roast pork and pickle. little bit of wasabi-laced honey mustard. Good stuff.
