First, Anatomic pedantry flag ON. Houston, we have a problem. Are we talking the OUTER area, known medically as the vulva, or are we talking the inner part, known of course as the vagina?
"Vulva" is just one of the most unsexy words in the English language with NOTHING to recommend it, and worse, if you come from south of the Mason-Dixon line* in conversation I swear it is indistinguishable from a high-end Swedish automobile. (viz: Honey, would y'all check the Volva, I think I left my purse in there.) Now if you are talking the vulva, the "Camel Toe" song might become relevant...but if I know the minds of the participants in this thread (and I don't) I think they want to go deeper. Way deeper. and harder. and deepe....oh, excuse Me.
So I'll discount the words for the external lips, and suggest the entire structure:
First off, dear OP and others, why not look to English, which has a ripe list of synonyms. I always liked the definitive snap of "twat". And then "snatch". "snapper" (in Texas). "beaver" (allowing your Dom to refer to himself as "beaver cleaver"). "fanny" (in the UK). A high school favorite, from the Latin, was "pudendum" easily shortened to pud.
We could look to fruits: A high school girlfriend called it her mango, and her girlfriend called her mangopussy. Of course I grew up in Wisconsin, and I think I saw her "mango" about 2 years before I saw A mango, so I didn't really understand the connection. Pomegranate, maybe...but there is that blood red association, which ladies is JUST too close to the bone...so to speak. Kiwi? Too hairy. Apple/peach/plum? Too ordinary. Melon? Too loose.
Flowers? Lotus/Lily/Calla oh, That is SO Georgia O'Keefe. I kinda like "primrose" I just DO.
I think maybe the flair we're looking for is in a foreign language?
Italian: fica nice, clean, easy to say in passion or in anger. Not bad. Certainly nicer than cunt, tho that is literally the translation.
Yiddish? There IS no word. A long vaunted linguistic tale. There is no word for "cunt" in Yiddish. In modern Hebrew, as spoken in Israel, the Arab work kus (pronounced koos) is used. not very sexy tho.** By the way, the other word that appears in Yiddish literature is from the German: Wenig Juwelkasten or "little jewel box" flowery, but not quite the "oomph" I think.
And that brings us to the Germans. Fotze (foh-tzeh) in my weak German pronounciation. Not very sexy. And, interestingly, my German friends tell Me it is the ONLY cuss word absolutely verboten. Germans love to swear -- 7 year old boys routinely tell eachother to shit in their hats -- they say "fuck" (in English, or German) every other word. But say "fotze" in anything near polite company and you will be at minimum ostracized...and at maximum, assaulted.
I don't speak Korean, but a chess partner of mine who did used to say "imi shimi pet pojida" when he was irritated with someone's move, which means "your mother has a bald cunt" and I think the bold word (pogeeda) says it all.
And finally, Spanish, you say? well there are literally HUNDREDS of ways to say "cunt" en Espanol. Consider these ethnically diverse choices. A few of the possibles, with my personal favorites "pricked out" (is that "cunted out", here? in bold:
Panoche (Mexican) Chacon (Argentinian) Lunfardo (also Argentine) Concha (Chilean, variations found all through South America) Sapo, Sapito (Chilean, literally "frog" and "little frog") Choro (Chilean, literally "oyster")*** Crica (Puerto Rico) Pozo (Cuban)
If you are a purist, the Spaniards use two lovely phrases: In Catlan, the preferred word is "farranaco" and in Castillian the common slang is "chi-chi".
I do hope you'll let me know your favorite.

***probably the best dirty phrase I've ever heard is "el beso del payaso" which literally means "the kiss of the clown" in Chilean Spanish, and is used to describe cunnilingus during a woman's period. See, you could NOT have gone to work tomorrow not knowing that, could you?
