I am terrified of gaining weight, even though I have never really been overweight (maybe, like 2-3 pounds, but that's it). So, if I ever gain more than about 3 pounds, I go on a crazy fasting diet, or an all juice diet for a week, or something like that, that is detrimental to my health, overall. When IK do this, I lose my energy, and I do lose the weight, but feel lethargic with not eating. But I keep doing this anyway, so I think it's jsut become a habit. So - I'd like to stop going into panic mode over a few extra pounds, and thus go on a more sensible weight-loss diet if I do need to lose weight (which I usually do not need to do anyway). - Susan
