I kicked all my really bad habits, except one, and it comes from being raised in a big family where you had to either jump in or never be heard.  I interrupt people.  I don't even notice I'm doing it most of the time because, growing up in my family, it was nothing to have two or three of us speaking at once, and we all still heard what the others were saying, so I really have to make a conscious effort not to do this - especially not to the Kaptin.

LOL I do too...Please tell me you get "The Hand" and I am not alone here.
IF I think of something I blurt it out, change the subject...even when I am talking, I interrupt my own damn self
I can cuss like a sailor and my favorite word is fuck.fucker.fucking I love asshole too.
I chew my lips...raw
I also am OCD this does not help things

I am sure I will come up with more
As I ponder my vast bad habits.

I am the same WiseMuse.

Stress is a killer on appetite for me.
I have to make myself eat. Or fast with liquids and juices to maintain my weight
Which isnt all that much to begin with
No I am not too skinny and I do have that middle age tummy.

I hate to point out the obvious, especially in someone else's conversation, but, I can't but wonder why you wouldn't have removed those field stones before truggin' around with them on your bod'. Your statement has traumatized Me immensely, enough that, I just swore to sell My freeweights and ship the Bowflex back to the manufacturer before they attach themselves to My bod'. That's a plumb scary thought. lol

I was trying to think what bad habit I have that bothers me so much I really REALLY want to quit and as I was reading thru hear I was reminded of one that I absolutely hate and only recently even realized I did it. INTERUPTING! It is such a rude thing to do and I am horrid. I am working on it very hard, sooooooooo, if you see me in a social situation and I appear quiet and stuck up, I am just disciplining my big mouth.

No.  I get, "The Look," which is much, much worse when coming from Him.  It always makes me feel like a little kid who got caught snitching cookies before dinner.

well .. since I have decided to post in a few spots I might as well add mine here ... bad habits

1) I smoke and blow second hand smoke all over
2) I trust people far too easily
3) I care about people
4) I try to be a friend to as many as I can

Dang   I wish I would lose that much.  well maybe 5 stone but 7 would be even better.

I smoke and flirt with pretty girls (A pretty girl is defined as someone who is female regardless of age, creed, looks, whatever).
