ORIGINAL: RavenMuse Compatability isn't a trait, it is a blanket condition taking all the traits combined. If enough of their traits are suitable then the person may well be compatable. I did contemplate whether to even put forth "compatibility' because of what you've pointed out. The definition for compatible is "capable of existing or performing in harmonious, agreeable, or congenial combination with another or others". A trait? Technically, no. However, an ability (i.e. communication skill) isn't a trait either... and neither is intelligence or the possession of knowledge. As others were broadening the scope of initial question, I, too, took the liberty of answering in what I felt was the spirit of the question. MissTITTYMilk gave a very good explanation as to why, in my estimation, compatibility supercedes any individual traits. While I might expound upon it at some length, it would be "beating a dead ponyslave".
