In my last place, it was pretty small, so I had to be creative....seems most of us have the same ideas. I had eye bolts EVERYWHERE. in every door frame, around the floor boards, and on all of the chairs, even the easy chair. You can clip a cuff to that in an instant. Also, the large heavy rings (not sure where I got these)...these are metal and a lot stronger than craft / dream catcher rings. I put the legs of a chair thru these and instant bondage chair. Also these are good around the wheels / legs of a bed, table....anything, really.

I also use things with dual purposes.... weight bench can be a bondage bench / sex bench in many different positions on one side...then the other, with a 2 by 4 attached where the weights "rest" you have an interrogation chair. The bars adjust in my weight bench so you can even do this standing up. Coffee tables and hope chests have many uses, too.

Just go into redoing your place with a kinky eye and you will come up with all kinds of things.
