MstrHellsFury -> RE: Ownership Tattoo (1/7/2005 8:52:44 AM)

Just wanted to put my two cents into this. I have been a Master for over 20 yrs, an it never ceases to amaze me that a very critical point is missed in most all relationships. Being a submissive grants you certain rights with a Dom, but once you brcome a slave, those right cease to exist. A Master asks but one thing. TPE. The slave should be grateful for any and all attention she or he may recieve. It becomes a Masters right to give any or none to that slave. If it is none remember you both came to agreement as to your relationship long before you accept someone as your Master. If you in fact still only have the heart of a submissive, you live as one. If you have the heart of a slave, live to serve your Master as that's what a slave does. Learn and or know the difference. That will increase the chances of a long and successful relationship.

Indeed, and within each and every relationship, knowing each is very unique and different, just as 2 individuals are uniquely different, a Master gives back to His slave what He wishes to give rights for within their relationship BECAUSE He knows His slave and Himself.

Within ours, i have been given the right to choose my first tat. Funny thing tho, i do seek His approval of it. He knows of my desires, long before we met that i desired a special navel one, when i actualized my weight loss goal. He approves of it highly for He knows i will obtain soon.

We will probably get several like, including the ones in our yahoo profiles. It was His before mine.

i really like the idea of INSIDE's regarding the wrap about the toe tat. Could do that with a flower and stem/vine. My nephew is the artist.

so many wonderful ideas.......
so many unique relationships............

Your weak attempt at a sarcastic reply is just that, weak.

You didn't like my reply to your thread, so you attempt to right it by posting here.

I am sooo crushed, I may never be the same.

If ya can't run with the big dogs, get off the fucking porch.

If you have read any amount of my posts, you will find that I am not always PC, and while I enjoy reading these forums, I am certainly not in a clique.

So, do us all a favor, grow up, or move the fuck on.

Now that you have been told how to report things to the mods, go for it, tell them I hurt your feelings.

Sorry BIG guy, but it is my honest opinion about the tat, like it or not. If I would have found it nice or even telligible I would have commented early.
I think a lot of people need to grow up here, including you.

I have no desire to move on, I have meet and conversed with many good people here, so I have no desire "to jump off the porch" I'll dig with the Best of 'em.

Oh about the Hurt Feeelings comment....You nor anyone on this board have that power over me!

As The Black Eyed Peas would say "Let's Get It Started!"

cynnacent1 -> RE: Ownership Tattoo (1/9/2005 8:19:29 AM)

you obviously do not understand the significance and symbolism involved. It's an ownership tattoo.

As it is Master's mark for His slave, the final ownership tattoo design was never meant to be elaborate. i love the way it is comparable to a brand in it's simplicity.
While no debate exists with me that you are entitled to and should voice your opinions, you obviously just don't get it.

The fact that INSIDEYOURMIND created the symbol is one of the main reasons for my being enthusiastic in recieving it & proud to display it on my body. If He wants to have a scribble, or anything else applied as a tattoo upon my body, i'd be just as enthusiastic in displaying it, should it be His wish, and therefore, pleasing to Him. My body is for His pleasure, and therefore His to adorn in any way He deems as attractive in His eyes. The tattoo is for His pleasure & enjoyment first and foremost. Anyone else's opinion will not effect nor diminish that fact. i would not want an ownership tattoo that has been designed by anyone other than Him.

i have no other tattoos. The main reason for why i have no other tattoos is because i'd never wanted artwork on my body created by someone else. If i ever get another tattoo, again it will be designed by INSIDEYOURMIND, or, in that i am more than qualified & capable in doing so, i'll design it myself.

Ok, my turn.

<~~~~ My avatar is made from the original artwork, which I designed and created, of my most recent tattoo (it's a few years old now). It is an elaboration of a tattoo I designed for a sub that had his own idea and asked to incorporate my mark (the double crescent design, in red, in the center is and has been my mark since about 1991 - in spite of a very good current and fairly new band [A Perfect Circle] using it as their logo).

The right side of the tattoo, or the 'wing' is the submissive's tattoo that I designed for him. I liked it so much that I mirror imaged it and then created the center portion to tie them together (and cover a rosebud that was so old and blown out you couldn't tell what it was). It's not MEANT to look like a wolf, a demon or a whacked out butterfly - but those are some of the things people have told me they see in it. I'm rather tickled that it sparks imagination and happy to let people see what they wish in it.

The picture below was taken perhaps a day or two after the tattoo was done. The dark ink outside the lines is not ink bleed, it's simply where the free ink stained the skin during the process of getting the tat. It eventually faded as the tat set and I was able to scrub/wash it more vigorously.

I think I may have posted this previously, but it seemed germane to the discussions here as well.

cyn...i snipped, hope you don't mind.
i received this today from a Dom:".... some can only feel good about themselves when they feel superoir. That is Domination thru insecurity....not "real" Domination which comes from within" ... in respone to my posts on another board.

i just want to say that when i look at your tat.....
i see a locked dead bolt and only INSIDE has the peragotive or right to open it; just as you have given him your gift and have permitted him to unfold the beautiful submissive you will give to him.

i only know that this is what i see and adore "my version" of your ownership tat.

it is simple and yet so beautiful and conceptual.

blessings,
Master's shy

Exactly (and i would note that the 'receiving of the gift' is mutual). Thank you, slavedesires.

Psst? No offense intended, as it's a fact that we all make our share of spelling and grammatical errors, and i'm certain you meant to type the word 'submission', rather than 'submissive' as used in the sentence above. [;)]

Your tattoo design is quite elaborate and admirably unique. Thank you for sharing in explaining the symbolism it represents, it's beautiful.

Hello cynnacent,
I am just in wonder.. how you obviously find it obvious that i don't get IT.
I do get it because I have one of my own, and I do understand the meaning and what is behind the symbolism.
It is just my opinion that your tat could have been much better done and i did have quite a hard time distinguishing what it was.

You say you do not like to "mark" your body permenently, so I am glad you put it in a place where it can be hidden and only you and your master have to look at it and/or know where it is. My curiosity lies in why you felt a need to share it with everyone here?

Anyway, it makes you and who you submit to happy and that is what is important.
Be Well....

MizSuz....I find your tat, absoluetly gorgeous!

Thank you cynnacent1 and insideyourmind for sharing this special moment with us here at collarme.

The couples such as yourself and Merc and Beth are very special to many of us. You allow us to see both sides of the relationships.

With great respect,

cynnacent1 -> RE: Ownership Tattoo (1/9/2005 10:25:12 PM)

Not only do you 'not get it', it is also clear to me that you have issues with comprehension, and have misquoted my previous postings as a result. i never stated that i 'do not like to mark my body permanently'. What i stated specifically is, "The main reason for why i have no other tattoos is because i'd never wanted artwork on my body created by someone else.". The key words being " CREATED BY SOMEONE ELSE" & "i'd". By the way "i'd" is the contraction of the words "i had", and denotes past tense. Before you harp on my having INSIDEYOURMIND's mark upon my neck ... irrelevant in that He is the Master and i the slave who obeys Him regardless in whatever it is He demands, yet i figure i'll point that out as well while i am at it, in case you still do not comprehend.
i never said that i have hidden my tattoo, or have plans to hide it from anyone. i have shared it here, as well as friends, family members and coworkers.

Ok, i understand what your main issues are now.

1) Comprehension issue in general.
2) Misquotes due to comprehension issue.
3) Not only do you not read entire sentences, then do not understand what you have read. You also didn't take the time to read the entire thread, specifically my previous posts which have already answered the question of WHY my Master & i have shared it.

No wonder you are having difficulty comprehending, ... CHUOA?

i'll not waste my time in the future in attempting to carry on an intelligent conversation with you, with your low attention span, it's almost like talking to myself. Difference being, when the little voices talk back they are at least capable of comprehending and following the conversation well. [;)]

CHUOA Syndrome, AKA chronic head up own ass syndrome, is incurable i hear, a bit difficult to treat, and a serious threat to the gene pool.

Ditto. Be well, yourself.

Obviously, a childish blacklash, to someone who isn't
an ass kisser and tells you the truth.
I never did mean to be derespectful, just honest.
Sorry you are unable to handle that without going
off like a spitfire, hopefully you will learn with age.

Have you looked at your tat?
Or has INSIDEYOURMIND hid all the hand mirrors?
For someone who did not want to "wear artwork someone
else created", I wonder was this shown to you first?
And if it was before it was done, perhaps the drawing was
really nice, but maybe next time you really should invest
some money and get a good tattoo artist for something that
will be on your body for life, you and you master may not be
together for life, and you will still have a tat that looks like it
was done in a garage under dim light.

Ouch!

Well, personally i think the tattoo looks great, and the fact that it was her Master's wish for her to have it makes it all the more special for them, and that is what really matters after all.

You should talk about honesty closer to home, and maybe remove the pics of yourself on your profile that are obviously very dated.

perverseangelic -> RE: Ownership Tattoo (1/10/2005 9:37:34 AM)

Good lord, people. What's the deal? I've watched several threads lately degrade into total flame battles.

Is it hard to say "I don't personally like it, but congrats on your mark"

Or "Well, not everyone's going to like it, but what's important is that I do?"

Sterlingsweet- I don't know that there are cliques here so much as it's kinda hard to break in. I've been posting here for...lord...eight months? And I'm just starting to get taken seriously. I'm sorry if you've had a bad experience, but give it some time!
