While I dont do this all the time, I can attach to a Dominant in such a way that I feel as if I am unworthy. I see this as more of a spiritual state than a reflection of my self-esteem, and if a Dominant is uncomfortable with this, it is a signal that we aren't compatible. When I'm attached, I often go through worshippy phases and the idea that I'm not worthy of the Dominants attention follows from that. A large part of what I seek in D/s is precisely this feeling.
You could take her feelings that she doesn't deserve you as an extension of her submissiveness and simply accept it for what it is and enjoy it. If she generally has good self esteem in other areas (and this is very important!!!) I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just be careful not to take advantage. SSC all the time!
